Have you had litters with
this breed before? When, and how
many times? a.
Please give details about the number of show vs. pet quality in each litter
along with date of birth. How was
temperament and conformation assessed? 2.

you have contact information for all owners, which you have placed puppies with
before? This includes puppies you
sold in place of a stud fee. If
they do not wish to be contacted, I will respect their request.

and/or Dam? .
