  • Will you agree to have your dogs eyes CERFed once a year and sent to OFA if breeding?
  • Will you agree to have your dogs hips, elbows, shoulders and patellas x-rayed and sent to OFA when it reaches 2 years of age?
  • Will you agree not to breed your Swissy until it is 24 months of age and its hips, elbows, shoulders and patellas are approved by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA)?
  • Will you agree to spay/neuter your pet quality puppy by 6 months of age for a male and after a bitch's first heat?
  • Are you willing to spay or neuter your animal if it does not pass the OFA evaluation or if it develops another problem rendering it unsuitable for breeding purposes?
  • Do you agree to fill out a brief annual health questionnaire on your dog for your breeder's records?
  • Do you agree to return this dog to me, the breeder, if for any reason you cannot keep it?
  • Please indicate if you have a preference for male or female, show/breed prospect, or non-breeding companion and indicate if you have a second choice.


All pet quality puppies are sold on limited registrations. All show quality puppies are sold on full registrations with my name as co-owner.

As co-owner, you would have full responsibility of raising, training and caring for your dog. Once all health clearances have been passed and criteria have been met, full ownership may be turned over to puppy buyer.
